For all returns please email email@example.com. We're all Jerrys on the inside, we know mistakes happen. But, we're here to resolve it for our valued Jerry Hunters. To start the return process email firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of what you are looking for (exchange for a different size, return for refund etc.). We accept returns for a full product refund within 30 days of purchase. All shipping costs are final.
-For size exchanges within the US we will pay for sending your new size back out once we receive your original item. For size exchanges outside of the US we ask that the customer pays for the return shipping and we will pay for $10.00 of the ship back out of the new items.
-We're sorry but for any product that looks like you sent the pond skim in it or wore and washed it is not eligible for return or exchange.
-For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
-Orders placed using a promotion may have special rules apply, email email@example.com to find out specifics.
-HOLIDAY RETURNS DEADLINE: The deadline for Holiday Returns and Refunds is Jan 25 (must be in our hands before that date). After that returns can be made for store credit only. Thank you.
All of our orders are shipped as USPS from Vermont. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships, although orders usually ship next business day. For questions email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Single or lighter items will ship as USPS First Class (4-5 day delivery) while heavier orders will ship as USPS Priority (2-3 day). If you need to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Priority Overnight Express please contact email@example.com.
Please note: customs charges for international orders are not included in our shipping price. The customer is responsible for any customs charges due on delivery.
